High School Shooting in Buffalo Teenage Gunman’s Livestream 2022 – A teenage gunman wearing military gear and live streaming with a helmet camera opened fire with a rifle at a Buffalo, New York high school on Monday morning, injuring four students before exchanging gunfire with police and being taken into custody, authorities said.

Video footage broadcast by local TV stations showed the shooter firing one round after another in an open area inside the building as screams rang out.

The shooter appeared to fire deliberately at one student who was crumpled on the ground and then walked toward two other students standing nearby and fired again.

What happened?

The teenager, who has not been identified and is currently in custody, wounded one teacher and two students at his high school on Friday. It wasn’t immediately clear whether the shooter was injured or killed himself.

The video was posted to YouTube under an account with a username linked to a gamer named Tristan Kelly and remained online as of Friday afternoon.

It shows someone walking through what appears to be a classroom and taking aim at others as they run for cover. At one point, he aims at a person cowering behind a table and fires multiple shots. Oh, f—! What did I do? He exclaims after running out of ammunition.

Oh my God! Oh my God! He then runs away from the camera but continues talking into it.

Who is the shooter?

According to WIVB, police identified a 17-year-old male as a suspect and released his name. He is currently in custody.

The Buffalo News reported that he may have been involved with local gangs and had run-ins with police before.

Police are still investigating whether or not there was anyone else involved in planning or carrying out the attack.

At least one person has been detained for questioning, but it’s unclear if they were directly involved in planning or carrying out the attack.

Police are also investigating whether there was any link between Cruz and the school bullying. On Wednesday morning, Governor Andrew Cuomo said investigators believe Cruz acted alone.

The shooter’s motive

Although authorities have not released a motive for why 18-year-old suspect Adam Lanza attacked his former high school and shot at least 28 people, New York State Police say they know Lanza was preoccupied with violent video games.

Authorities say they discovered journals and a computer that is being reviewed to gain insight into what drove him to kill 20 students, six adults, and himself.

Police believe he acted alone. A law enforcement official says investigators found multiple weapons inside Sandy Hook Elementary School after Friday’s shooting rampage, including a Glock and a Sig Sauer, as well as a Bushmaster.223 caliber rifle.

The official has spoken on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the information publicly. The shooter also had access to his mother’s legally purchased guns, said Gov. Dannel P. Malloy.

A second law enforcement official said Lanza killed his mother before going to the school where she taught kindergarten.

The incident video from the shooter’s perspective

The footage reportedly shows a teenager, who has been identified as 18-year-old James Scott of Schenectady, New York. It is not clear if he has been taken into custody.

The video was posted on Facebook Live before it was taken down from social media. Following that, a new clip was uploaded to YouTube with the title: (Buffalo Shooting) “Drama Alert – Guy Shoots Up High School.” In the video, you can see a gunman dressed in black military gear and wearing what appears to be a ski mask.

He enters an area filled with lockers and fires multiple shots at students running away from him. As he runs out of ammunition, he reloads his gun and continues firing.

He then approaches one student who appears to have been injured during his rampage and fires more shots at him until he runs out of bullets again.

Police received multiple calls reporting gunshots in a school.

New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers were called to a local high school Friday afternoon when several students called 911 to report that someone was shooting with a rifle.
